an integrated mind and body approach.
The classes include:
- "You Are What You Eat": is a monthly
class that assists you in making healthy choices in the foods you
eat.

- Smoking Cessation Course: This class is offered
on an as needed basis to aid in the reduction or cessation of your
smoking habits.
- Stress Management: A monthly class focusing on
stress management, developing a positive attitude, how to handle
negative emotions in a positive way.
Also available through the Wellness Clinic is AMMA
therapy, which is accupressure / massage that aids in relaxation,
chronic pain and a variety of other chronic illnesses.
